Salmon and Cabbage


  • 4 salmon filets
  • 1/2 head of cabbage
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • garlic to taste
  • any combination of the following:
    • 1 green or red pepper
    • 3/4 bunch of asparagus
    • collard greens
    • carrots (frozen or fresh)
  • several tablespoons of teriyaki or sesame sauce
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • crushed red pepper to taste
  • fresh ginger to taste
  • salt to taste


  1. Dice/slice onions, cabbage, and vegetables of choice.
  2. Saute onions, garlic, and vegetables in olive oil. Add seasonings and stir.
  3. Add salmon and cook over medium heat until done.
