No Crust Vegetable Quiche

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups shredded veggies (frozen are fine)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • ½ tsp. marjoram
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix eggs separately
  2. Combine and mix remaining ingredients
  3. Put in buttered/Pam pie plate
  4. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees
